Logitech x-530 DIY subwoofer?

So my x-530 won't turn on which is cool, ill replace it once I have the money after I finish studying and buy a proper subwoofer and stuff.

But in the mean time is it possible to run the subwoofer stand alone by itself?
I don't mind pulling it apart its going to get thrown out otherwise.
But how would I go about using it by itself?

Some suggestions would be great

I know this is late, but, you cannot run the X-530 sub alone or the satellite speakers without the sub as the amp is placed on the sub which powers the satellites. I would juts buy a whole new set or build a whole new set.
