Default Telefunken Concerto (tube restoration project)

I received a Telefunken Concerto.....It belonged to my wife's father, who passed away.
I would love to have it restored for her as a surprise..
The radio is in very good physical shape.but i know nothing about the tubes.
I do know that it doesn't work.
I live in Pennsylvania..outside of Phila.
If anyone would know of anyone who does restoration work ..please let me know
Thank you.....
