Default Which cable adapter/coupler ?

Hello, I have an old vintage 1977 Zenith TV, but the adapter broke off.
It was a female to female adapter.

Which adapter would work on this ? (see pics)

would this one work ?

It look's like it was modified to use a 75 Ohm co-ax cable with an "F" connector.

But in-line cable "F" connectors only work with solid (not stranded) center conductors.

On the coax a "F" in-line male and a fem to fam inbetween. Or salvage a cable from an old TV, most makes used this kind of setup, including B+W sets, in those days. E
