No sound from 2.1 channel speaker system

I have the following system:
2.1 channel speaker system
one 40W rms 4-inch Sub Woofer
two 15W rms 3-inch each satellite speakers
volume, bass and treble control
contains three D2030A amplifiers. no other IC used.
1600watt PMPO



I cannot hear any sound from the subwoofer as well as from the satelite speakers. all the wires are conected properly. the power to the amplifier is also ON which is indicated by the green light on the control panel.


Please suggest possible troubleshooting/ circuit testing guidelines.

i am a second year engineering student.
i will be able to check about the non working of any electronic component on the amplifier circuit, that may be fried with your help.

tools at my disposal:

1. multimeter
2. screwdriver/pliers/wire ripper
3. soldering kit
4. extra speakers
