Sorry to bother with this but I need to know...
can I power a bass pedal with a 12vac transformer is the pedal need for 9vac? |

If it uses a cheap AC adapter(just rectifier+cap and transformer) its has to have some kind of current stabiliser(lm317 or smthg like that) - yes(most of them accept up to 18V)
