I have found google to be the most up to date Phsycoacoustic book. I guess a comprehensive book on the subject would take many books. it is a very very complex subject with many many avenues. And last but not least a very very intresting subject.

3rd edition of Fastl, Psychoacoustics was released 2006 - claims added material, updated references for both 2nd, 3rd editions with the 1st only dating from 1990 - can't be too out dated
