Any (bad) experience with "connexelectronic.com" orders?

Hi there, exactly four weeks ago I ordered two small circuits from that website. Payment made, etc, etc. After all this time, the status of my order is still at "processing". It seems it's not even sent yet.

I've sent them inquiries from their "contact us" page and I never get any reply back.

Do you have any experience buying on this Website? Do you have any contact information to whom I may send direct e-mails instead of using their crappy "contact us" page?

Anyways, I finally got in touch with someone there and I've been updated. Case closed
