Hi everyone,
Some time ago, I finished my booklet called "Notes on DIY Audio". It started as a posting in a thread, which someone found interesting. One thing led to another, and with the kind support of some of the guys at this forum, the posting turned into a 30 page boklet, which even holds a few illustrations. (about 300KB) I hope people will check it out, and let me know what they think of it. Meanwhile I got an ADSL line, and got a little file server running, so with a bit of luck, you should be able to find it by visiting the password-protected site http://sylvest.dyndns.dk:8080 and click the DIY audio directory. (yes, it's the secondary browser port). The user name is "diyaudio" and the password is "booklet". Hope you enjoy it Jennice

Hello ACD,
If nothing else, at least it tells me that the link is functional

Hi Dave,
the password-protected site http://sylvest.dyndns.dk:8080 and click the DIY audio directory. (yes, it's the secondary browser port). The user name is "diyaudio" and the password is "booklet". Otherwise, it may have been a timing issue since I logged two log-in's at virtually the same time... Jennice

Hi Dave,
I hope you got through. The reason for a protected area is, that the server also holds personal stuff. It's sort of a data-on-the-go thing ...accessible from anywhere, if you know where to look, and have the ID

Hi Folks,
(6:30 morning, local time) I know the timing isn't great, but I'll temporarily cut the power from my net-access, as the forecast says thunder/lightning. It's not that long ago, that a lightning fried my electronics, and I don't hope for a new *POFF!* Thingy I'll hopefully be back on track in the evening when I'm back home... Jennice
