There is a post at AllExperts.com (http://en.allexperts.com/q/TV-VCR-St...nes.htm) where a guy with two Sony KF-60WE610 TV's (one working, one with the horizontal lines) swapped boards until the problem board was found. It was the DIC2 board contained in the DIC Block, a module mounted next to the Power Supply board G1. He mistakenly states that it is the LCD Control board. Before I figured that out, i ordered and replaced my LCD Control board (mounted on the Optical Block) and had no difference. After re-reading the post, I figured out what he was talking about and ordered a DIC Block assy/module. Unfortunately after installing the new DIC Block, my TV no longer powers up to verify it is indeed fixed. I am now fighting that battle. Maybe this will help someone else having the same issue with their TV.
