THX vs. 5.1.
I probably should know the answer to this, but don’t. My Lexicon processor has typical THX, 5.1., Logic 7, etc. settings. Where should I set it for a Verizon (Fios) box? What brought this to my attention is I just started to stream movies on a $99 Samsung player. I watched a few moves on VUDU (they have something called 5.1 plus), in the Dolby 5.1 mode and the sound is quite remarkable, equal to or better than the Verizon Fios (typical silver Verizon box). Thanks for any recommendation. |
