I originally got a cheap, Pyle CD deck foy my multi media system.
It was a bad choice in both sound and build quality.

I set up the sys and all was OK as far as correct R/L channels checking it using well known source material....... including a "Nordost" CD as like we all have, I had a mutitude of inputs/outputs that can inadvertantly be reversed.

OK..... I got a better Teac CD deck a few weeks ago that sounds better and the build qualty is better, etc.

However, today I inserted the "Nordost" disk to recheck a couple of things and discovered that the L/R OPs on the Teac was reversed internally.
Yes, I recheck and crossed refenced all my connections, all other program sources and everthing was OK except the CD player..... it it is definately reversed.
At least it was an easy fix.

Personally, I have never come acrosse this problem before with any componet.
