I have a pair of Audioengine A5 speakers that I am very pleased with. Problem is that they only have RCA inputs. I would like to attach the following items using a preamp (?) of some sort:
The only thing I have been able to find that costs around $200 and will suit my needs is this: http://shop.grantfidelity.com/Grant-...be-DAC-09.html Does this sound like a good solution or would you recommend something else? I don't want a bulky receiver. I am trying to keep audio equipment as inconspicuous as possible. Thanks, Dan |

Pretty good reports in the forums for the GF unit - good choice I'd say. You might also consider the Little Dot DAC_I
