wind power generator's charger

i have a (10KW) wind power generator produces a voltage of 270 volts AC and 360 volts AC. I am using this voltage, with 20 piece (12 Volt 90 Ah tottaly 240 Volt DC) battery would charge. However, changes in wind speed or to vary the generated voltage, input variable, I need a power source with constant output.

an inverter to transform the energy stored in batteries to 220 volts AC.

or

DC input voltage to 500 volts DC or 300 volts between the variables, output 220 volts AC, an inverter scheme I want to learn?

A commercial unit is your best choice. The cost of the transformer is more than many complete units sell for.

Here is an eBay unit to add to your existing wiring. As the seller is from the UK I suspect he has 230 volt units to do just what you want.

That is not very practical as transistors with that high a voltage rating are expensive. You should be able to use two inverters each across 1/2 of the batteries. But check to be sure the inverters are isolated outputs.

Is it possible to get a bunch of power op-amps in parallel and create a sine wave oscillator, and use a transformer to step up the voltage?
