I would like to design a microphone splitter using Edcor audio transformerswill be which will be used for recording live shows. I need some help in selecting the correct transformer.
I have figured out that I need a 1:1 turns ratio, but I’m not certain about the input/output impedance requirements. I’ve seen some examples using 150/150 and 60/60 transformers. Because of my limited experience with professional audio equipment such as mixing boards, I’m not sure which is the right solution. I would appreciate some help in the right direction. Thanks. sven |
