Ear test program?

I'm interested in measuring my ears after having measured my LM38xx amps and the USB DAC. I found one little test program http://www.earpower.com/dl/EarTest.exe, that tests ability to hear small differences in frequency. I'd like to know if other programs like this exist? For example a distortion test would be nice.

I'd be interested in more hearing test software too. I enjoyed using the one ukram linked to, but does anyone know of software that can generate the sort of amplitude / frequency varied pulsed sounds that you hear during a medical hearing test?

Something like this was reviewed a few months ago in Sensible Sound by Howard Ferstler. I don't rember if it was the same software you mention.

Distortion is very hard to hear, even in huge amounts, especially if it's low order, but that usually depends on your sensitivity to it.
