denon dcd1015 ,problem playing cd's

hi have a denon dcd 1015 and it will not play or reconise that a disc is in the draw,i have been told that the laser i knackered,can anyone help,steve

We had the same problem with ours and decided not to have it fixed. Sorry I don't have an answer for you. Good luck.
