Sorry, I didn't mean to cause offence.

One of the features about this forum which can be both delightful and extremely frustrating is that you can never tell which direction a thread will run. Just when it looks clear, someone will pop up and post a diversion. Unfortunately many of these diversions end up in the same few loops: tubes vs. SS, explicit feedback vs. hidden feedback (sometimes called 'no feedback'), magic vs. science etc.

Absolutly no offence taken. :)

I just an old hard core audiophile who frequenty went for overkill. I just recently got back into it and put together that sys.

At my age and hearing limitations it would be a waste to go completly high end but the tuner has gotten rave reviews about its RF sec.
