I want to learn to do sub design, speaker design, and how to set-up my room.
Amazon.com: Acoustic Design for the Home Studio (9781598632859): Gallagher Mitch: Books Is this one good? I like the description, it teaches you how to do it on a budget. But I'm not sure which book to get on speaker/sub design. I need something that assumes you know nothing. Thanks. |

Reviews say it's not for beginners, Rho.

LDC is the beginner's book for speaker design. Not to be belived as gospel, but required to give a good basic footing.
The other book is dirt cheap, but i'd guess that to be really useful you'd already need to be knowledgable rnuff to know what parts are applicable beyond home recording. dave
