an adjustable toroidal transformer

Has anyone ever heard of a way to make a gapped toriodal adjustable/tunable on the fly? with a 104 mil gap the target inductance is 40 mH after the primary is wound. 300T 20 gauge with 29 turnes 11 gauge. we are putting out 3500 watts rms into a ceramic array. The array specs change at depth hence the need to tune to the different specifications of the changing array.

Of course toroid is the goto format for fixed applications. Have you looked into pot cores? What is the frequency?

950hz modified sign wave output. it's being driven by a 32 kHz PWM on the high side of a H bridge. Thanks for the reply ;D
