Postal Rates USA - UK

Hi.

Can anyone tell me the current postal rates for sending a small item to the UK.

I believe their is a small box rate.

It's for a Philips cdm.
The guy wants $60 which I think is a bit high.

USPS medium flat rate box (20 lb. max.) to UK is $43.23
