Default multiple references for multiple opamps

Hello, is it possible to provide several lm324 op amps (single rail) with different vrefs without the paralleled resistances causing problems (vref coming mid way from resistors in series). Do op amps generally require their own regulator or zeners etc to do this or is having a common vref to the non inverting pin (high impedance) and working from that the way to go.
many thanks
oscar
