Hi,
has anyone heard from MCS (Dantimax) the last few weeks? I´m trying to order a spare part for my volume control (an AT89C2051) but my mails stay unanswered. Since the part is quite special this means my preamp is dead for the moment and will stay like that if I don´t get the processor or a new volume control. Maybe someone can help? Thanks, William

OK.........
seems to be a hard question Maybe somebody knows where I can get a replacement AT89C2051 or the listing of the program? I´m an absolute beginner but I could try to flash the processor if I had a file (hex?) thanks! William

Thanks,
I hope you´ve received your stuff. I´ll try again. Meanwhile I´ve rebuild the preamp and am using my non remote controlled balanced attenuator again. Works fine......... William

I just found the guy's phone number on the internet and gave him a call. The good news is: he is alive. The other good news is that he is gonna send out my order right away tomorrow! Brilliant! Some old fashioned vocal communication and where it gets you. I can absolutely recommend calling him!

I do not think posting someone's personal info on the internet is a very classy way of going, so that would be a "no".. sorry.
I received the goods today in perfect order though, so there might be hope for all of you after all... |
