Hi,videonut here,i have a problem with a 55inch phillips rpjtv that will not come on.
What i had to start with was it would power up,then the picture would change sizes several times then it would get what i would call a waist, now it will not power up at all,i was thinking it maybe a power supply as i remember something like this years ago, right now i can't afford a new one but if someone on site can steer me in the right direction or have some ideas that would be helpful it would be appreciated, thank's |

Probably a bad logic board.

Hi, star 882, i got your post looked up logic board, found some on ebay but i have not been
able to nail down part # just yet,but it appears that these are not too expensive so i might be able to afford to take it to a shop to be fixed, right now i am rooting around for a repair manual, thank's for the info |

Hi,star882, is there possibility that there is a manual that will show me where and what the
logic board on my phillips rptv looks like, vaccumed out tv so now i just need to get up to speed on what this looks like,so when i call a repair show i almost know what i am talking about and also not get charged for some unwanted repairs, thank's |
