I'm currently researching equipment and materials to use for a school project. I have basic knowledge of electronics as regards to some model making but nothing substantial which is why I'm hoping to get some help from experts here...
Basically, I need to hook up 5 separate speakers coming from 1/4" jack output of an audio interface. First of all is this possible? Will I need splitters? If so can someone recommend a specific type to use? Is there any cheap speakers I can buy (around 6" diameter MAX -power/wattage not v important) for this purpose?
Any info and help greatly appreciated!!

You'll need an amplifier - speakers don't work too well at line level.
www.41hz.com - these guys sell some good amplifier kits. Hope your soldering skills are up to it...
