Default paralleling psu caps?Always good?

Hi.I wanted to learn that is there any disadvantage of paralleling electrolytic caps(I have rifa peh169 63v 10000uf) has any disadvantage? I want to parallel 8 per negative rail and 8 to positive rail..Is it a good design?Thanks
