Default Any one can tell me what component is this?

Hi guys i'm making this circuit and can't figure out what is this transistor, by the symbol i understand that is a n-channel fet transistor but can't understand the name. Is M1 or Ml or what...? If any one can tell me the name of that component i will be very grateful.

I believe that is a JFET.

By the symbol is a n-channel FET transistor. But i can't know the part number

Maybe I was not clear. From the schematic the part number looks like J111. See the product folder at Product Folder - J111 - N-Channel Switch, Fairchild Semiconductor - Global Leader in Power Optimization

Bill_P i think you are right what i see like a JN1 may be a J111, and also the characteristics make sense a FET switch... if no one have another idea, i will try out the FET switch
