Hello
Here is a question for those who know about pro recording and mastering. Many close miking recording I have listened was with a quite flat soundstage, but some times I encounted close miking recording who did have a wide, deep and living 3D soundstage. A good example are an old CBS recording of Dave Brubeck Time Out. How they are doing to have a wide, deep and living 3D soundstage in a close miking recording ? Thank Bye Gaetan |
