I have a huge file,obout 80 GB, of video & music on my loptop, And I want to find the best way to store theme in onther place because it's slowing downd my loptop. |

Unless the hard drive is very nearly full (say, less than 2GB of free space) it's unlikely to have a significant impact on performance.
The "best way" to store data depends on your needs - if you're sharing it between multiple computers, Network Attached Storage is useful, but if you're only using it with your laptop, a USB hard drive is fine. |
