Default Who can help me clear out an audio file

Hello, I have registered the sound of my boys birth, but it's very unclear, how can I clear up the noise? Everyone can help me?

New software named adobe audition has a lot of tools to adjust audio bits and pieces - not sure if it will help, but I think it will adjust frequencies of sound which will give best noise quality.

Also look at Goldwave editing software.
Be sure to save the original file somewhere as a back-up!

There's Audacity, which is free and has various plug-ins, maybe some for noise removal. Don't expect miracles, though.
