Default Liam Clancy RIP

Came out Friday, surprised there haven't been any comments -- Dylan said that the Clancy's were among the greatest influences upon his music.

I listen to the Celtic Sojourn on our local PBS radio at times. Boston has been a focus of all types of folkmusic since the 60's. Another guitarist Jack Rose died at 38 last week, another great loss for the scene.

May Liam Clancy be in Heaven a full half hour before the Devil knows he's dead.
I may be a mutt when it comes to bloodlines but I have more than my fair share of Irish in me and the Irish folk tunes too. If you are lucky you will not get to hear me attempt to belt one out.
