I just finished asembling my new flexi bookshelf/rear right surround stand. Did it kinda different than what i have seen on the net. I used 6' of 5/16 dia rod for each postand coveres it with 1"1/2 abs pipe. I used 3/4 laminated pine for the shelves.
It looks pretty nice the way it is now with the black pipe against the pine but i still half to put a finish on it this weekend. I'm gonna paint the pipe a hammered steel and just use a wipe on poly for the shelve. I'll have some pics up tomorrow cause i gotta go borrow my girlfriends digital camera |
