Use a drill to cut a smaller hole or holes, do the rest by hand with a file or dremel?

If the material is not too thick..
This person on www.triodedick.com uses these Greenlee "ponsen" (punches??) to press round holes for his tubes. Maybe they also exist in square shape ![]() http://www.greenlee.textron.com/prod...olemaking.html Seems to be expensive though

I 've done this before and when the hole is hidden behind a switch that is ok. But how do you get the perfect straight presentable cut. Maybe with more patient work or special machinery I guess. |
