You could also take a picture. It might be enough.

You could probably scan (or photocopy) the copper side (if it's single sided only). Also put a cm/mm measurement (ruler) beside the circuit board before scanning.

Send me that and I will create a PCB layout for you.

I would also need a good photo of the top-side to see which components need to fit.

Since the design is so old you should think more than once if you are going to build it. I think you can take the good sections and upgrade it modern parts.
