Default Organ find - possible mods?

well, one of the old gals who sang in the choir passed away and the family asked me to take away the organ -- a not very expensive Kimball. Unfortunately they have asked that the Baby Grand be appraised !!!

all the stops work, the carcase is in very good shape, but as said to Ray (Charles) in "Blues Brothers" -- there ain't no action in the keyboard.

can anyone point me to some URL's with mods. I was thinking to, perhaps, put a '486 in there and do some serious MIDI...
