Frazier F-3100C passive eq schematics anyone???

I have a Frazier F-3100C passive EQ unit that i need schematics for. anyone have a stash of old Frazier info?

Someone has tinkered around inside and changed out the barrier strip I/O to a pair of RCA's. the High and Low cut filters work but the EQ sections do not. I would bet whom ever rewired it did not do it right!

Hope someone can help.

I cant seem to find any information on this thing. it has 4 tapped inductors that have no markings on them other then F-3100C-1/2/3/4 and i think all that is messed up is the In/Out for the eq section.
