Vertical amplifier setup

Hi, I have unusual question. Recently I bought new furniture and found out that it is not deep enough for my AV amp, is it possible to set up the amp vertically? Thanks for help

as usual, it depends.
Will heat rise from a hot component onto a capacitor or transistor that used to get cool air around it?
Where are the heatsinks?
How warm do they get?
Will they run hotter if you turn the amp on it's side?
Will a change in temperature affect the performance?

It should be fine as long as no vents are blocked.

Thanks for help, there is definitely enough space to assure proper ventilation.
