re-wiring SME 3012

guys would probably know that I just got this used SME 3012.

now I found out that 1 of the 4 internal pins of tonarm that contact with the 4 pins of the cartridge is apparently pushed a little further deep inside the arm (as compared to the other 3 pins) and this leads to a loss of volume of the left output/speaker.

is there any simple way to fix this by myself? (someway to pull it out)

any helps or instructions would be much appreciated.

The 3012 comes only with a detachable shell. One of the spring-loaded pins inside the armtube is stuck, which is quite common. Usually easy to pull out and some lubrication will also help. It is a standard replacement part which appears often on Ebay and is probably available from SME.
