Does this mean the price of their high quality caps are going to go through the roof?

hello.
this can mean: if the jap. yen gains against the can. dollar significantly,the price of the elcaps will go up( -caused by the changing currency correlation........)

Nope, just the sign "Made in Japan" will be replaced with "Made in China"
