ESR meter - Can someone please take a look at the schematic?

I built this one, its a simple ESR meter for testing elyts.

Im not sure in wich unit the caps are writen out in.
All the values are there im not just sure if it is in
pF nF or uF..

Schematic and PCB files on the bottom of the page.

Anyone built something like this?

I guess You will still build it, right?

Cap values of schematic must be µF.


No, I did not (yet) build nor do have an ESR-Meter but I`m sure this is a very handy (must have) tool for troubleshooting, in particular for aged equipment. I have to get one myself.

Thanks! I guess it is normaly in uF when no unit is
given. This meter works really well if you have a
good uV analog meter panel.

I allready found 2 caps with high ESR.
