why i buy MJ

Hi,

I love MJ. I snatch up any issues that I can find. Wish there was someway to subscribe at a reasonable price! I only have four issues, but I break them out on occasion and read (look at pictures :0 ) cover to cover... Two of my issues were picked up by me while in Tokyo a few years ago for about 10$ maybe 15$ US each. The others were sent to me by friends living/working in Japan.

Another Japanese magazine of the same kind of quality that I have seen is called "Analog". Not sure if it is still in production, don't really know the history at all. But it appeared to have the same kind of quality as MJ and was all about turntables.

There was a mag called "Direct Heated" with low Wattage designs for horns. The Japanese mags in general had a lot of highly sophisticated designs.
