Default Dead sound card

I plugged a messed up amp into my laptop and it messed up the sound card i think. It sounds fuzzy when i plug it into other amps and has loud noise when I plug in headphones.

My computer also has the same problem on ONE of its ports. I dunno how it happened. It is not as severe. The right speaker does not output sound, only a little buzz. I plugged my amp to the subwoofer port and using the driver for the soundcard, made it my line out and it worked.

Do you guys know how these problems can be fixed? Anyone have similar problems?

Check for dry connections or broken pins (input and output). Check the input device also for these things. Also if you accidentally touched one of the metal pieces on the board you may have fried a chip. The littlest electricity can hurt your computer.
