Where to get reasonably priced front panel with cutouts?

I am working on a project to replace my car's head unit with custom made amplifier. I have all the necessary parts but the front panel. So my question is, where can I get one (plastic or aluminum)? Panel will have 7 circle holes and one rectangle area for VU meter. I could probably drill the holes myself but I have no tools to make the rectangle cutout.

I am looking for something reasonably priced as I tried one of the companies that you can upload your own panel design and the price quote I got was over $300 for one piece or over $600 for 25 pieces.

Thanks theAnonymous1. I downloaded their design program, run a simple design and came up with $25 panel. That's a very good price.
