Error 11 Deq 2496

I HAVE A BEHRINGER DEQ 2496. I GET AN ERROR 11 EVERY TIME I BOOT THE DEVICE. A RESET IS NOT HELPING. ALL CONNECTORS LOOK TIGHT INSIDE
WHTA ELSE SHOULD I TRY?

Can't help with the problem but you might wish to take your caps lock off. It looks like you're yelling.

I think that might mean the input transceiver chip is not getting powered. ... or that might be error 1. Download the spec sheet for the chip and check it is getting power where it should.
