Default Chip ID

Hello,
I am looking for a datasheet for a chip labeled
39AR40M (see pic below). However Iíve searched
all over for it and the number doesnít seem to come up.
I'm guessing that its some sort of op amp-but thats just
a guess. Thereís a Texas Instruments logo just before the
number so I went to their website but was unsuccessful
in locating it. Have any of you guys seen this one before?

Thanks.

Iím not sure what the other number is for.
