I have recently purchases toroidal transformers that came with round rubber pads for mechanically isolating them from the chassis. The problem is that those rubber pads smell really bad. I also have rubber feet stored in the garage for well over a year now because of the same type of bad smell and it hasn’t faded a bit.
Does anybody know how to get rid of that smell? |
