DIY mic mixer question

Hello,

I'm new to this and I don't think this is a hard thing to figure out, but I can't figure it out.

I wanted to build a 4 channel microphone mixer for use with electret microphones.
I wanted to use this circuit diagram:

My questions:

First:
If I need a fourth channel can I just add an extra input (input, Resistor and Pot)?

Second:
If I use this mixer do I still have to battery power the electrets like this:

1. Yes

2. Yes

Don't expect fantastic performance, the 741 isn't very good and the circuits aren't very sophisticated.

I figured that the sound wouldn't be that great.

But thanks a lot!
