Looks like a basic XTL model takes 4 parameters:
LS, CS, RS = series L,C,R
and
CO = parallell capacitance

See this article for an explanation
There are also some formulas

In my spice this is the model used for an 80MHz crystal
Quote:
.SUBCKT crystal_HC-49/U_80MHz 1 2
* EWB Version 4 - CRYSTAL Model
* LS= 0.02 CS= 2e-016 RS= 60 CO= 5e-012
LS 1 3 0.02
CS 3 4 2e-016
RS 4 2 60
CO 1 2 5e-012

Here is the model for an 5 MHz

* EWB Version 4 - CRYSTAL Model
* LS= 0.08 CS= 1.3e-014 RS= 50 CO= 4.5e-012
LS 1 3 0.08
CS 3 4 1.3e-014
