Room size considerations?
 

We are doing a remodel of our house, and would like to make the living room into more of a music/theatre that it is currently....I'm not familiar enough with room acoustics to adequately take it into consideration, so I turn to you guys. Attached is a basic floor plan for the living/dining room. The ceiling height is 9'. The round circles are columns surrounding the dining room, with the living room above that in the picture. Any input would be great!
