Default Halo-mania

Those of you who have read my posts in the last month or so, may have noticed some funny remarks, following my name at the end of each post.
This is a small tribute to Halo, or Halojoy ( of Sweden), for all his effort to refresh some boring discussions, to encourage or discourage someone when needed, to give some colour and vigour to the whole forum.
I personally miss his humane and humorous approach.
I personally think that the moderators have done a great dis-service to the entire DIY community by letting Halo go.

Tell me what you think, and no offence to anyone, just be yourself and smile.

Stan - loves Halo's humour

Halo is just in the sinbin for a few days, was it 2? He will be back, I'll garantee that. He has been online all the time.

Halo, your 20 kW schematics you have got (at your ftp site) from Glen, this is a "vapor amp", never left the computer and never will. I hope I'm wrong here

Halo was just sin binned for a couple of days because he was serving copyright material from his FTP site that was advertised on DIYAudio. For legal reasons we had to insist he removed the link from this website.

Us mods enjoyed his posts as much as the rest of you, and we want him back too- hopefully he is just in a brief sulk and will come back soon, once he realises it wasn't personal, just legal stuff we had to enforce

Thumbs up Copyrighted (C) material

Hi,
Obviously Halo followed my suggestion not to copy all the material but providing links to the original websites.
FTP site of Halo no longer empty!
Elso/ always respecting copyright (C)

Just take note of the number of people including a /comment at the end of the post, Halo-style. It's like a third person commenting on what you have just said, or blabbing your *real* motives to all and sundry.

/Circlotron - thinks Halo has almost everyone hypnotized.

/andrew - thinks the /comment sign-off is a great and humorous idea, even better than the .sig, and thanks halojoy for discovering it

I liked his wicked sense of humour.

When he saw I live in Belgium, he started a discussion on horses, Ardenner horses. Very funny.

Halo, come back!

Marc, whispering straight from the horses mouth

Hopefully Halo removes the questionnable ( ?,never seen it ) content of his website.

What would this forum be without him ?

I don't agree always with Halo on technical matters but his wit and respect for other's opinions can give new insight in matters. Never a dull discussion when Halo is around !

/Jean-Paul - wishes Halo comes back to remind us we're only human

Halo is out from the sinbin. No posts so far. I'll guess we have to wait and see if Halo comes back.
