Lost Password help

okey i cant remember my user account password for windows vista how do i go around this ? its not same as in win xp when you go threw safe mode in vista it still asks for a password any way to find out or do i have to reinstall the system ?

There are some linux based password crakers. They are command based. They are free on the Net. Google "password cracker".
